Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive for the Canada Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and closing sales with Canadian customers.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers in Canada
Explain company products and services professionally
Generate and qualify leads
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build strong customer relationships
Handle customer queries and objections effectively
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
Follow up with customers for conversions and renewals
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Ensure high customer satisfaction during interactions
Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in night shifts
Good listening and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset
Positive attitude and self-motivation
Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate / Undergraduate/B.Tech
2 - 4 years experienced candidates can apply
Experience in International Voice Process or Sales is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in BPO / International Sales
Knowledge of CRM tools
Experience handling Canada/US customers
