Job Title: Experienced Customer Service Executive - Voice Team (Insurance P&C
Process) (Rotational shift – 24/7)
Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced customer service executive for our voice team,
specifically within the insurance property and casualty (P&C) process. The successful
candidate will handle voice support services and provide our clients and customers with
professional, knowledgeable assistance. The candidate needs to have in-depth knowledge
of the insurance P&C process, coupled with advanced communication, problem-solving
skills, and a strong knack for promoting customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer inbound calls from customers about insurance policies, claims, and other
P&C matters.
2. Use strong verbal communication skills to provide detailed and accurate
explanations to customers about their insurance P&C process.
3. Utilize customer service expertise to effectively resolve customer issues and
complaints.
4. Take responsibility for customer follow-up processes to ensure their queries and
concerns are effectively addressed.
5. Collaborate with the internal team to understand customer needs and tailor
services accordingly.
6. Provide consistent quality customer experiences that enhance loyalty and
satisfaction.
7. Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are recorded accurately in the
CRM software.
8. Uphold and support company policies and procedures.
9. Stay abreast of the latest trends and changes in the insurance P&C industry to be
able to deliver accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a customer service executive in the insurance P&C industry.
2. Profound knowledge of P&C insurance processes and procedures.
3. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
5. Familiarity with EPIC and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
6. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain patient and courteous.
7. Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
8. A problem-solving attitude along with the ability to communicate solutions to
customers effectively.
9. A degree in a related field is a must.
Working Conditions:
This job may occasionally requires working on weekends, holidays, or outside normal
business hours to accommodate our customers' needs.
