π Key Responsibilities
βοΈ Flight Scheduling & Management
- Monitor and update flight schedules with full accuracy
- Handle rebookings, last-minute changes, and cancellations
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to confirm bookings
- Resolve flight-related issues efficiently and professionally
π¬ Customer Support & Communication
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries during out-of-hours support windows
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a seamless travel experience
- Communicate changes in travel plans clearly and courteously
ποΈ Administrative & Back-Office Tasks
- Manage booking systems and maintain accurate travel records
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately
- Prepare detailed end-of-shift reports highlighting tasks completed, pending issues, and critical updates
- Handle back-office administration including CRM updates and internal communication
π« Problem Resolution
- Take immediate action to resolve travel disruptions and urgent cases
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams
- Escalate complex issues to daytime teams with clear handover notes
π€ Stakeholder & Partner Communication
- Collaborate with airline partners, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintain clear and professional communication across all channels
- Support smooth travel operations through timely coordination

2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST
