Role Overview
This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for international customers, assisting them with their queries, issues, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities
- Engage with international customers via voice calls to resolve queries and provide support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Accurately diagnose issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
- Adhere to process guidelines and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Critical Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clear pronunciation and good grammar.
- Ability to listen actively and respond effectively to customer needs.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Educational Experience Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus 2 (12th pass); Graduation is an added advantage.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred (Voice process experience is a plus).
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Experience in BPO industry will be an advantage.
