International Travel Curator
Operations & Contracting
Overview
Savaana is seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to take on a dual role combining Travel Curation with International Contracting & Operations Management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on research, loves crafting unique experiences, and also possesses strong supplier management and operational capabilities.
The position focuses on designing bespoke and experiential journeys for HNI clients while managing global supplier relationships, contracting, reservations, and execution standards. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience within leisure travel, strong destination knowledge, and the ability to independently structure high-quality travel programs from concept to completion.
• Design and curate bespoke, experiential travel journeys and retreats tailored to discerning clients
• Research and recommend unique, offbeat destinations, hotels, and experiences beyond standard itineraries
• Create well-researched, detailed, accurate, and commercially viable itineraries
• Ensure every component of the journey — from flights and transfers to accommodations and activities — is thoughtfully planned, costed, and quality-checked
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with luxury hotels, resorts, airlines, DMCs, and global travel suppliers
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and commercial terms to secure competitive pricing and exclusive value for clients
• Manage supplier databases, contracting documentation, and rate comparisons
• Independently build end-to-end costings for select destinations without reliance on a DMC by sourcing and structuring services through online platforms and direct suppliers
• Use booking tools such as Ottila, Rezlive, MyPartners and other reservation systems efficiently and accurately
• Coordinate all travel reservations including flights, accommodations, transfers, and experiences with high attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with founders and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and smooth handovers
• Maintain professional and timely communication with clients regarding itinerary details, updates, and travel arrangements
• Stay updated on emerging destinations, experiential concepts, and global travel trends to continuously elevate offerings
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury travel curation, supplier management, or international contracting
• Strong destination knowledge with proven experience in designing bespoke itineraries for high-net-worth clients
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate supplier contracts and manage global vendor relationships
• Proficiency in online booking tools, reservation systems, and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to independently structure detailed costings and manage complex itineraries end-to-end
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
