We are looking for a candidate to assist customers with international holiday planning. Responsibilities include preparing travel packages, designing itineraries, handling client queries, coordinating with global vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of travel plans. Training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities ( B2C Focused)
- Handling customer enquiries for international holidays.
- We manage both FIT and GIT operations; candidates with relevant experience in FIT and/or GIT will be given preference.
- Explaining destinations, hotel options, sightseeing, and package inclusions to clients.
- Preparing itineraries and quotations for all international destinations
- Coordinating with international vendors, DMCs, hotels, and suppliers to get rates.
- Booking flights, hotels, transfers, and sightseeing activities as per customer requirement.
- Following up with customers and assisting them throughout the booking process.
- Supporting customers with visa documentation and travel guidelines.
- Maintaining good communication and providing excellent customer service.
Desired Skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Interest in international tourism and holiday planning.
- Basic knowledge of famous foreign destinations.
- Good at internet research, email writing, and coordination.
