Job Responsibilities:

Handle international B2B travel queries (flights, rebooking, cancellations, etc.)

Manage corporate travel requests efficiently

Provide accurate fare details and travel solutions

Work on GDS systems for bookings and modifications

Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to SLA

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)

Strong GDS knowledge (Minimum 80% proficiency required)

Good understanding of travel industry processes

Prior experience in international travel process preferred
