Job Title: Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process
Job Overview:
Hiring For Customer Service Executives for the International Voice Process. This role involves handling global customer interactions, ensuring high-quality service, and resolving queries effectively. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls professionally
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with accuracy and empathy
- Provide information about services, bookings, policies, and processes
- Ensure quick and effective resolution of customer issues
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and call quality standards
- Document all interactions in CRM systems accurately
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality guidelines
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service/voice process
- Undergraduates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
- Neutral accent and strong command of English
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if required)
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary up to ₹40,000 CTC (depending on experience and performance)
