Hiring 7 International training sales executives | Freshers only | Bangalore – Immediate!

 

Selected candidates will receive a Basic Salary + Commissions on every ticket they sell. Commissions are earned in Euros and paid in INR.

 

If you are a fresher and ready to learn and be disciplined, work hard and win, this is a great opportunity.

We will teach you ‘How to sell tickets for ‘International trainings’ for various sectors including European Pharma and Energy!

 

The first 2 weeks of training will include sessions on how to;

• Research your own leads daily
• Engage prospects over phone / email / LinkedIn, and formulae to meet KPI’s
• Understand why and how to use a well thought out sales process to communicate efficiently
• Set call backs and close deals

What we are looking for

✔ Good communication skills (English)

✔ Freshers or experienced (0-2 years) in sales/tele sales

✔ Self-motivated and target-driven individuals

✔ Comfortable with individual research, cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
