Job Summary
Juzgo Holidays is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the travel and tourism industry and be able to handle customer requirements efficiently while delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable tour packages.
- Plan and book domestic and international travel packages.
- Handle flight ticket booking, hotel room booking, visa process, and transportation bookings.
- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and transport partners.
- Prepare customized itineraries as per customer needs.
- Manage reservations, confirmations, and travel documents.
- Provide post-booking support and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain client records and follow up for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years to Maximum 10 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Familiarity with booking systems and travel portals.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel software.
