We’re looking for a
high-energy, data-driven International TikTok Specialist to lead our cross-border TikTok growth and revenue.
Role Overview
As an
International TikTok Marketing & Sales Specialist, you will own end-to-end TikTok Shop performance across global markets (primarily US & EU). Your core focus will be driving
direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales, scaling
creator-led commerce, and maximizing ROI through
paid and organic TikTok strategies.
This is a
high-impact, revenue-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, performance marketing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- TikTok Shop Strategy & Revenue Growth (50%)
- Own and manage daily operations of TikTok Shop across international markets (US/EU/APAC).
- Optimize product listings, pricing, inventory, and fulfillment workflows.
- Drive revenue through TikTok Ads (Spark Ads, Shopping Ads) and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and improve key metrics like GMV, ROAS, CVR, and AOV.
- Creator Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing (30%)
- Identify, onboard, and manage international creators, influencers, and agencies.
- Build and scale TikTok Affiliate programs for consistent sales growth.
- Negotiate partnerships and commission structures to maximize ROI.
- Amplify high-performing creator content through paid and organic strategies.
- Content & Performance Marketing (20%)
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce TikTok-native, high-converting UGC content.
- Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and optimize continuously.
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
- Drive testing frameworks for creatives, hooks, and formats.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–4+ years in performance marketing, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing with hands-on TikTok Shop experience.
- Platform Expertise: Strong proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager, TikTok Seller Center, and Spark Ads.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and translate insights into growth strategies.
- Global Exposure: Understanding of consumer behavior across US/EU/APAC markets.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
- Execution: Highly proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of international creators, agencies, or affiliate partners.
- Experience in TikTok Live / live-commerce selling.
- Background in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
