International Telecaller connects a business with global clients or prospects. They drive sales, generate leads, and provide customer support across different time zones. This role requires flawless English communication, cultural sensitivity, and a high degree of adaptability.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Outreach & Lead Generation: Make outbound cold/warm calls to international prospects to pitch products, services, or set up client meetings.Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls to resolve client complaints, process orders, and provide accurate information.CRM Management: Log call details, update lead statuses, and manage follow-ups in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.Cross-Cultural Communication: Maintain professionalism while adapting to the cultural nuances and time zones of international markets (e.g., US, UK, or Australia).Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/monthly performance metrics like call volume, conversion rates, and sales quotas.RequirementsLanguage Proficiency: Exceptional fluency in spoken and written English with a clear, neutral, or easily understandable accent.Experience: 0-2+ years in international telesales, BPOs, or customer service (familiarity with US/UK processes is a strong plus).Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Excel.Soft Skills: Excellent listening skills, objection handling, persistence, and the ability to work flexible/night shifts to match global time zones.
