International Telecaller BPO – Customer Support (US Process)
Location: Navi Mumbai (Airoli)
Work Mode: On-site
We are hiring Customer Support Associates (Inbound – US Process) for a global digital product environment. The role involves interacting with international customers and ensuring a seamless support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle global customers via chat and calls
- Resolve billing, subscription, and account-related queries
- Assist users with product usage and admin tools
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
- Deliver high-quality customer experience
Requirements
- 1–6 years of experience in International BPO / Sales / Customer Support
- Exposure to SaaS / Digital / Tech environments preferred
- Strong communication skills (Global English – C1 level)
- Willingness to work rotational shifts
