Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an International Student Recruitment Officer based in Ahmedabad. The role involves supporting the development and execution of strategies to expand international education partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with education providers.

You will play a key role in implementing market strategies aligned with Unixplore’s goals, managing leads, and guiding them through the recruitment process to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement international student recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents and partners
• Identify new markets and expand global reach
• Manage end-to-end student recruitment processes
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to business growth
• Ensure compliance with visa and admission requirements
• Experience in International Education or Student Recruitment
• Strong networking and Relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of Education systems and trends
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in a second language is a plus
