We're hiring a Student Counsellor for our Kochi office and if you love helping students study abroad, this one's for you. š
The role: International Student Counsellor
Location: Kochi, Kerala (on-site)
Experience: 2ā5 years in student recruitment or education consulting
What you'll do:
ā Guide students from inquiry to enrollment course selection, university matching, applications, documentation
ā Build relationships with students, parents, and school partners
ā Deliver seminars and webinars at schools and colleges
ā Hit monthly recruitment targets and maintain CRM records
ā Work closely with UK, Italy, Hungary and Australian university admissions teams
What we're looking for:
ā Strong knowledge of UK and Australian university systems
ā Malayalam + English fluency
ā Sales mindset with genuine care for student outcomes
ā Hands-on with CRM tools and MS Office
If you know your way around UCAS, understand what parents in Kerala care about, and can hold a counselling session that actually converts we want to talk.
