Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for providing professional consultancy services to students, aiding them in exploring academic opportunities, and supporting them through admission processes. Daily tasks include conducting counseling sessions, evaluating student profiles, coordinating with academic institutions, and ensuring a smooth application experience for students.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in counseling, relationship management, and effective communication with students and their families.
- Ability to conduct research, analyze educational programs, and provide tailored recommendations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle student cases and manage application processes efficiently.
- Knowledge of study abroad programs, education systems, and global university admissions is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is required.
- Previous experience in education consultancy or career counseling is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and local languages, along with the ability to effectively support diverse students.
