Senior Advisor – Australia Study Visa

About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and student-focused Senior Advisor – Australia Study Visa to join our team in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Australian education counselling, admissions, and student visa processing. You will be responsible for guiding students through every stage of their study abroad journey while ensuring high conversion rates and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on higher education opportunities in Australia.
- Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable universities, colleges, courses, and intakes.
- Guide students through the complete admission process, including application submission, offer acceptance, and Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
- Provide expert advice on Australian Student Visa (Subclass 500) requirements and documentation.
- Review financial documents, Genuine Student (GS) requirements, English proficiency documents, and visa applications.
- Coordinate with Australian universities and education partners regarding admissions and application status.
- Ensure all applications comply with Australian immigration regulations and institutional requirements.
- Assist students with scholarship opportunities, Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), accommodation guidance, and pre-departure services.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and prepare daily and monthly reports.
- Achieve monthly admission and visa conversion targets.
- Mentor junior counsellors and support their professional development.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and education fairs to promote Australian education opportunities.
- Stay updated on changes in Australian immigration policies, visa regulations, university admission criteria, and post-study work opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Australia study visa counselling or overseas education consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of Australian universities, admission processes, and Student Visa (Subclass 500) requirements.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment while delivering excellent student support.
