- Counsel prospective students on study opportunities in Canada, including program selection, colleges/universities, and career pathways
- Guide students through the complete admission process for Canadian institutions
- Assist with application documentation such as SOPs, resumes, and academic records
- Provide accurate information on visa requirements, immigration rules, and study permits
- Support students in preparing and submitting visa applications
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian education systems, policies, and changes
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (in-person, phone, or virtual)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and students
- Track student applications and follow up to ensure timely submissions and updates
- Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and education fairs
- Address student queries and provide post-admission support (accommodation, travel guidance, etc.)
- Ensure high levels of customer service and student satisfaction
