Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic International Marketing Manager to lead global marketing initiatives and strengthen Jital Solution’s international presence.
This role will focus on international lead generation, brand positioning, global partnerships, and event representation. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s reach across international markets by implementing effective marketing strategies, engaging with industry stakeholders, and representing the company at major trade events.
The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, international marketing experience, and the ability to build relationships with global clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
International Market Expansion
· Develop and implement international marketing strategies to expand the company’s global footprint.
· Identify and explore new international markets and business opportunities.
Lead Generation & Business Development Support
· Generate high-quality international leads through digital campaigns, networking, and strategic outreach.
· Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to convert leads into business opportunities.
· Manage B2B outreach initiatives including email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and global networking.
Brand Building & Global Positioning
· Strengthen the company’s global brand presence through digital marketing, content, and strategic campaigns.
· Promote company solutions across international platforms, professional networks, and industry communities.
· Ensure consistent brand messaging aligned with the company’s vision and market positioning.
Event Representation & Industry Engagement
· Represent the company at international and national trade fairs, industry exhibitions, conferences, and technology expos.
· Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, partners, and potential clients during events.
Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
· Support client engagement and communication throughout the marketing and pre-sales stages.
· Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
Marketing Campaign Management
· Plan and execute international digital marketing campaigns including LinkedIn, email marketing, and industry platforms.
· Track campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize engagement and lead generation.
· Work closely with design and content teams to create effective marketing materials.

The performance of the International Marketing Manager will be evaluated based on: Lead Generation

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
· Minimum 3+ years of experience in international marketing, global business development, or B2B marketing.
· Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
· Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Skills
· Experience in B2B technology, engineering, or industrial sectors.
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and LinkedIn marketing strategies.
· Experience representing companies at international trade shows or conferences.
