Role Description
We are seeking a skilled full-time International Social Media Manager to lead and optimize our global social media presence. Based in our Noida office, this on-site role involves creating and managing content strategies, executing social media campaigns, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. As an integral member of our team, you will monitor international trends, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure our messaging aligns with our brand voice and goals.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to enhance engagement and reach across platforms.
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft compelling and authentic content for diverse global audiences.
- Experienced in developing and executing a results-driven Content Strategy to align with overall marketing objectives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign performance and utilize insights for improvement.
- Proficiency in social media tools, platforms, and trends, as well as the ability to adapt strategies for different market segments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; prior experience in a global role is an advantage.
- Familiarity with brand management and audience engagement best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative on-site work environment in Noida.
