Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Executive – International Business to
support our global expansion. The role involves identifying, engaging, and nurturing
international prospects through digital channels, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales
pipeline for overseas markets.
This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals looking to build a career in
international B2B healthcare sales.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and reach out to potential international clients using LinkedIn, email
campaigns, and other digital channels
● Generate and qualify leads across global markets (hospitals, distributors, healthcare
partners)
● Conduct initial outreach, product introductions, and follow-ups with international
prospects
● Understand client needs and coordinate with the senior sales team for demos and
closures
● Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and opportunities in CRM tools
● Research international markets, competitors, and customer profiles
● Support international sales proposals, documentation, and coordination
● Achieve assigned lead generation and engagement targets on a monthly basis
● Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams for campaign execution and
feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, international sales, B2B sales, or lead
generation
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
● Hands-on experience or strong interest in LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and
CRM tools
● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
● Ability to work with international clients across time zones
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
● Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification
Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree. MBA is preferred.
● Exposure to healthcare, medical devices, SaaS, or B2B technology sales- Good to
have
● Experience working with international clients or markets (US, Europe, Middle East, SEA,
Africa)- Added advantage
