Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore for an International Sales Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing international client relationships, conducting market research to identify global opportunities, and developing strategies to expand the company’s market presence. Additional tasks include overseeing the entire sales process, including negotiation, contract finalization, and logistics coordination, while ensuring excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction and retention. Collaborating with internal teams to align sales objectives with company goals is also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in International Sales and International Business, with the ability to identify and secure global market opportunities
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of International Trade practices, regulations, and export solutions
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multi-cultural and diverse clients
- Proficiency in working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Additional language skills and a background in mechanical or industrial products is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
