Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Specialist, based in Faridabad. The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities in international markets, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth across multiple regions. The specialist will also be responsible for understanding and navigating international trade and business dynamics, maintaining excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in International Sales and familiarity with International Business practices
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships across diverse cultures
- Knowledge of International Trade regulations and proficiency in navigating international markets
- Customer Service experience, with a focus on understanding and fulfilling client needs
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and propose innovative sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in international sales, export-import operations, or related roles
- Proficiency in a second language is a plus
