The Role
This is a pure sales role. You'll be on calls with US-based job seekers, real conversations, real objections, real closes. You'll be the voice of JobScoot: the first impression, the trust builder, and the deal closer.
We will train you on the product inside and out. What we cannot train is how you show up on a call your energy, your confidence, your ability to hold a conversation and make someone feel heard. That has to be yours already.
If you talk too much, hate silence, and genuinely enjoy convincing people, this seat has your name on it.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries from US-based job seekers
- Run structured discovery conversations to understand the prospect's job search situation
- Present JobScoot's service offering clearly and confidently
- Handle objections without flinching and close
- Follow up consistently via calls and emails
- Log every interaction in the CRM (HubSpot) accurately
- Hit weekly call volume, conversion, and revenue targets
What We're Looking For
Non-negotiables:
- Exceptional spoken English neutral or clear accent, confident delivery
- Extremely talkative, high-energy, and extroverted by nature
- Hunger to sell not just interest, actual drive to hit numbers
- Comfortable on a call with someone in the US without sounding scripted or stiff
- Willingness to work on-site in Madhapur, night shift (US hours)
Good to have:
- Prior experience in international voice BPO, EdTech sales, or inside sales
- Exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho — any)
- Understanding of the US job market is a plus, not a requirement
Freshers are welcome if you've got the mouth, the energy, and the grit; your experience level is secondary.
