Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site / WFH role based in Indore for the position of International Sales Specialist. The role involves managing and expanding international sales operations, building and nurturing relationships with clients across global markets, and ensuring customer needs are met with high satisfaction. The specialist will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities in international trade, developing strategies to enter new markets, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to drive business growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align on business objectives will also be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in International Sales and a strong understanding of International Business and Trade.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven ability to identify and seize opportunities in global markets effectively.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills to drive results in a competitive international landscape.
- Experience in the dairy or FMCG sector is a plus.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
