We’re looking for candidates with an international sales background for our US logistics process. Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and strong selling skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate business through outbound calls, emails, and client outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with shippers, carriers, and clients.
- Negotiate freight rates and close sales deals.
- Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage client requirements and provide regular updates.
- Handle pricing, dispatch coordination, and issue resolution.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain service quality.
Requirements
- Prior experience in International Sales, Freight Brokerage, Logistics, or a similar profile.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong selling and customer-handling abilities.
- Confident in outbound calling and lead generation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of logistics/freight industry is preferred.
