Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Evangelist to join our B2C Sales team. This individual contributor role focuses on engaging prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and recommending suitable Simplilearn programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively connect with potential learners through outbound calls
• Understand customer needs and recommend customized learning solutions
• Convert leads into enrollments using consultative selling techniques
• Achieve monthly revenue targets through strong follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for market feedback
Desired Candidate Profile
• Graduate in any discipline
• 1+ years of experience in International B2C Inside Sales
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Self-driven and goal-oriented
• Salesforce CRM knowledge is an advantage
• Willing to work rotational shifts/weekends
