Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive International Sales & Marketing Specialist – Backend Support to be based at our Bhopal office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the operational and research side of marketing: managing databases, supporting campaigns, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring seamless backend execution that drives the company's international sales efforts. Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & CRM Support

•    Maintain and update CRM databases with international leads, client details, and follow-up records.

•    Qualify and categorize inbound leads; coordinate handoffs to senior sales team members.

•    Track lead status, pipeline health, and generate regular reports for management review.

Campaign Execution Support

•    Assist in scheduling and executing email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach sequences.

•    Coordinate with the design/content team for timely delivery of marketing materials.

•    Monitor campaign metrics and compile performance dashboards.

Research & Market Intelligence

•    Conduct desk research on target international markets, industries, and competitors.

•    Build prospect lists and identify potential clients, distributors, and partners.

•    Prepare research briefs, market summaries, and competitive analysis reports.

Calling & Prospect Outreach

•    Make outbound calls to international and domestic prospects to introduce Jital Solution's products and services.

•    Follow up on inbound inquiries, website leads, and campaign responses via phone and email.

•    Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect requirements and qualify leads before passing to the senior sales team.

•    Schedule product demos, introductory meetings, and follow-up calls between prospects and the business development team.

•    Maintain a daily call log, update call outcomes in CRM, and ensure timely follow-up on all conversations.

•    Handle objections professionally and communicate the company's value proposition clearly and confidently.

Administrative & Coordination

•    Support the senior marketing team in event coordination, material preparation, and logistics.

•    Handle international client communication and scheduling assistance.

•    Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate cross-team deliverables.


Key Performance Indicators

•    Number of outbound calls made and prospects contacted per day / week

•    Lead qualification rate from calling activities

•    Meetings or demos scheduled through calling outreach

•    Accuracy and completeness of CRM data maintenance

•    Timely delivery of campaign support tasks

•    Quality of market research and prospect lists

•    Lead pipeline coverage and follow-up rate


Required Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

•    1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, marketing coordination, or sales support.

•    Good spoken and written English communication skills — confident and clear on calls.

•    Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.

•    Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Preferred Skills

•    Prior experience in B2B tele-calling, inside sales, or international lead generation calling.

•    Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot) or LinkedIn campaign management.

•    Basic understanding of digital marketing and B2B sales processes.

•    Comfortable with structured calling schedules and daily reporting.

•    Ability to work in a structured office environment and coordinate across departments.
