Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute export sales strategies across assigned regions
- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, OEMs, and direct customers
- Drive business development for raw materials and finished products
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → sampling → negotiation → closure → repeat business
- Monitor global market trends, pricing movements, and competitive landscape
- Ensure alignment with internal teams for supply reliability, compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Build long-term customer relationships focused on value selling, not price selling
