Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an International Sales & Marketing Manager, based in Bhopal with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves driving international sales initiatives, developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and implementing effective market planning. The manager will engage with international clients, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and secure long-term partnerships. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and explore new markets will also be an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research for strategic decision-making.
- Experience in International Marketing and understanding of global market dynamics.
- Strong skills in Sales and Marketing to effectively promote and position products.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills for engaging with international clients.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience in the agricultural, aquafeed, or sustainable ingredients space is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English (additional languages would be beneficial).
