JOB DESCRIPTION – SR. SALES MANAGER
Position Details
• Designation: Sr. Sales Manager
• Reports To: Director of Sales
• Location: Bais Godam, Jaipur, Rajasthan
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Salary Range: ₹80,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month

Job Summary
• Lead international sales operations and drive global business growth.
• Expand market presence by developing strong distributor and client relationships worldwide.
• Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify new business opportunities in international markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and global clients
• Develop and execute international sales strategies
• Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts
• Coordinate with CRM, marketing, product, and logistics teams
• Represent the company in international business meetings, exhibitions, and trade fairs
• Manage key customer accounts and ensure client satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in international sales
• Must possess a valid passport and international travel experience
• Candidate must have visited foreign countries for business meetings
• Comfortable hiring and driving rental cars abroad to visit customer locations
• Preference will be given to candidates holding a USA Visa
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages will be an advantage
• Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills
• Experience working with CRM tools and international clients
Additional Note
• Candidates handling the Australian market will be required to work from 7:00 AM IST onwards.
