Position: International Sales & Marketing – Export Documentation

CTC: ₹75,000 – ₹1,25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Role Overview
Prince Food Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to manage International Sales, Marketing, and Export Documentation for its FMCG business.
The role requires hands-on experience in international market development, distributor management, export documentation, regulatory compliance, and coordination with logistics partners and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth global trade operations.
The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end export operations including market expansion, documentation, logistics coordination, and revenue growth across international markets such as Africa, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
International Sales & Market Development
• Develop and implement international sales strategies for FMCG / Food & Beverage categories
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard overseas distributors, importers, HoReCa buyers, and modern trade partners
• Manage international sales and distributor network across global markets
• Manage distributor performance, pricing structures, margins, and market expansion plans
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets
• Develop new international markets and business opportunities
Export Documentation & Regulatory Compliance
• Handle complete export documentation including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Shipping Bill
- Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
- Certificate of Origin
- Insurance Documents
• Handle export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with logistics partners, CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines
• Liaise with DGFT, APEDA, FSSAI, Customs, and other government authorities as required
• Ensure compliance with:
- Export Import Policy (EXIM)
- Destination country regulations
- Food safety and labeling norms
• Ensure smooth execution of export orders and shipments
Licensing & Government Liaison
• Coordinate with government agencies and consultants for:
- APEDA registration and renewal
- IEC-related compliance
- Export-related certifications and approvals
- Any additional licenses required for food exports
• Ensure timely documentation and statutory compliance to avoid shipment delays or penalties
Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with Production, QA, Packaging, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
• Finalize export pricing, packaging specifications, labeling, and dispatch timelines
• Monitor shipment schedules, payment terms, and LC / advance payment compliance
Market Intelligence & Representation
• Analyze international market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks
• Represent the company in:
- International trade fairs
- Buyer–seller meets
- Export promotion council events
• Develop long-term global partnerships and brand visibility
Candidate Profile
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage exports
• Strong understanding of export documentation and compliance
• Knowledge of APEDA, DGFT, FSSAI norms and international logistics procedures
• Experience handling international distributors and overseas clients
• Exposure to modern trade, retail chains, and HoReCa exports
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems, and professional email communication
• Proven experience in handling exports to Africa, Middle East, Southeast Asia, or Europe
Preference:
Candidates with prior experience in FMCG export operations, especially Baby Care products, will be given preference.
