International Sales Manager – Manpower Contracts
Location: Delhi
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven sales professional who can generate manpower supply contracts and recruitment projects from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other international markets. The candidate will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and securing long-term manpower outsourcing agreements.
Roles and Responsibilites
- Generate new business opportunities for manpower supply and staffing services.
- Bring manpower contracts and recruitment projects from: Dubai, Abu Dhabi and other GCC and international countries
- Build relationships with companies, contractors etc.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
- Maintain a database of clients and follow up regularly.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manpower sales or recruitment business development.
- Strong network in UAE/GCC market preferred.
- Knowledge of manpower outsourcing and staffing processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets independently.
- Fluent in English.
