Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Manager at our Noida office. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing global sales strategies, identifying and acquiring new international clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role requires in-depth market analysis, negotiation of contracts, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve targeted business objectives. Additionally, the role involves regularly tracking sales performance, setting goals, and reporting insights to management to drive business growth in international markets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in International Sales, Business Development, and Account Management.
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Sales Strategy Development, and Revenue Growth Planning.
- Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills.
- Ability to cultivate strong client relationships and manage key accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with cultural sensitivity and adaptability when working across diverse global markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
