Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Manager to expand our global customer base and drive international revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends in targeted regions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in assigned territories.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with international clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Logistics, Product Development) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- 4 - 10 years of experience in international sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of global trade regulations, Incoterms, and export logistics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
