Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for an International Sales Manager. The primary responsibility of the International Sales Manager is to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients worldwide, and developing comprehensive sales strategies. The role includes negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, building partnerships, mentoring sales teams, and providing regular performance reports to senior leadership. The candidate will also be responsible for researching global market trends and leveraging them to identify key opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in business development, account management, and client relationship management
- Knowledge of international market trends and cultural nuances required to operate successfully on a global scale
- Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage with C-Suite executives
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to create and implement successful sales strategies
- Experience in event sales or B2B sales is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area and occasionally travel internationally for business meetings and events
