Role Overview
The International Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the USA market for our IT services and software solutions. With leads already generated, this role focuses on converting opportunities into long‑term client relationships, managing the sales cycle end‑to‑end, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved. The position requires strong communication skills, proven experience in international client engagement in IT Domain, and the ability to align solutions with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closures to ensure Revenue growth from USA accounts.
- Build trust and long‑term partnerships with USA clients.
- Represent the company in virtual meetings, webinars, and industry forums.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on performance and opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for USA accounts.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8–12 years of proven sales experience in IT services/software development.
- Strong track record of closing deals with USA clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with cross‑cultural sensitivity.
- Strong skills in international sales, account management, and client relationship building
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Understanding of global markets and trends, with analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects
- Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and travel as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
- Experience in IT services or technology industry preferred
