Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot for an International Sales Manager. The role involves managing and expanding global client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing strategies to penetrate international markets. The International Sales Manager will oversee export operations, coordinate with production teams to meet client requirements, and stay updated on market trends and regulatory standards. Additionally, they will be responsible for achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at trade exhibitions and business meetings.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including negotiation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
- Experience in international trade, export operations, and market expansion strategies
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with fluency in English and familiarity with international business etiquette
- Strong analytic abilities and market research skills for identifying new opportunities
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, trade laws, and compliance requirements in global markets
- Proficiency in using digital tools such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage client expectations effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a relevant field (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in export-oriented industries and fluency in additional foreign languages is a plus
