We are manufacturing and exporting Directly to brands, retailers and other key customers to bring high‑quality, traceable products out of India, with a strong focus on reliability, compliance, and sustainability.
Role Overview
We are seeking an International Sales Manager to lead and grow our export business in key markets such as USA, Europe, Middle East, and South‑East Asia. You will develop new accounts, manage relationships with existing buyers, and help scale SHARSID’s presence in international channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an international sales strategy to meet annual export targets
- Identify and acquire new importers, distributors, and B2B buyers in target regions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and INCOTERMS with international clients.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and quality teams to ensure on‑time, complaint‑free deliveries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to adapt commercial offers.
- Prepare sales forecasts, monthly reports, and pipeline updates for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or MBA in Business, International Trade, Agri‑Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in agri‑commodities, rice, or food products.
- Proven track record of managing export sales, documentation, and foreign‑exchange exposure.
- Strong negotiation, CRM, and presentation skills; familiarity with APEDA, SSI, and export‑related procedures.
- Comfortable with frequent international travel.
