Role Description The International Sales Manager role at ReloNXT is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for driving international business growth by identifying new markets, building relationships with global corporate clients, and promoting ReloNXT’s relocation and mobility services. On a day-to-day basis, the International Sales Manager will prospect and qualify leads, conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts. The position involves collaborating with operations, customer success, and finance teams to ensure that client expectations are aligned with service delivery. The International Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership, while representing ReloNXT at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in international sales, business development, or account management, ideally within relocation, mobility, real estate, immigration, or related service industries.
- Proven skills in lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals with global corporate or enterprise clients.
- Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and client-servicing abilities, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse cultures and senior decision-makers.
- Solid understanding of international markets, cross-border business practices, and basic concepts of relocation, immigration, and housing services.
- Ability to analyze sales data, create forecasts, and prepare clear, concise reports for leadership and internal teams.
- Comfort with CRM tools, productivity software, and virtual meeting platforms to manage sales activities and client interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
- Track record of working in fast-paced, target-driven environments, with the ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple accounts and projects.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and conferences, as required by international business needs.
