Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jaipur for an International Sales Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in international markets, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, implementing sales strategies, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at conferences and client meetings. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in business development, international sales, and client relationship management
- Strong negotiation, proposal preparation, and contract management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Competence in market research, sales strategy formulation, and achievement of sales targets
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with the IT industry, including software development, mobile app solutions, and digital transformation, is a plus
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role with a proven track record in international sales is preferred
