🔍 Role Snapshot
We are looking for an experienced International Sales professional (8+ years) to expand business across Middle East regions including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain & Kuwait . The role involves new customer acquisition, distributor management, key account handling , and driving sustainable revenue growth.
🧩 What You’ll Do
• Develop & execute Middle East market expansion strategies
• Appoint and manage distributors, OEMs & key customers
• Handle complete sales cycle – leads, quotations, orders & follow-ups
• Conduct technical & commercial meetings with overseas clients
• Coordinate with production, logistics, quality & accounts teams
• Manage CRM, MIS, market intelligence & sales dashboards
• Participate in international exhibitions & trade shows
• Ensure compliance with export documentation & shipment processes
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
• 8+ years in International B2B Sales (Middle East mandatory)
• Strong exposure to industrial / mechanical products (filters, tubing, hoses, single-use systems, manufacturing products, etc.)
• Hands-on distributor development & key account management experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Strong understanding of exports, logistics & international trade compliance
• Willing to travel frequently across Middle East markets
🎓 Education: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Biotechnology (preferred)
