Havells Lighting LLC is a US-based leader in innovative LED lighting solutions, committed to energy efficiency and sustainability. We are expanding globally and seeking a skilled International Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives in international markets.
Role Overview:
The International Sales Manager will drive business expansion in regions aligned with US time zones, focusing on strategic planning, client relationship management, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international business development, with experience in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement international business development strategies
- Identify high-potential markets and clients
- Build and manage strategic relationships
- Lead contract negotiations and deal closures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals
- Analyze market trends and report performance
- Represent the company at global events
- Ensure legal and policy compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical field or previous experience of lighting company.
- 2–8 years’ experience in international sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proven success in meeting sales targets and driving growth
- Familiarity with CRM and business tools
- Willingness to travel internationally
