Role Description
The individual will be responsible for driving global sales, developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new international markets, and executing trade agreements. Key tasks include creating and implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and overseeing the end-to-end sales process. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams, representing the company in international trade fairs, and maintaining consistent communication with global clients to expand business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in International Sales, Business Development, and client relationship management in the industrial sector.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to secure deals and build partnerships with global clients.
- Ability to conduct in-depth market research, data analysis, and develop strategic sales plans for successful market entry or expansion.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and MS Office Suite for managing client relationships and sales data.
- Knowledge of industrial rubber products/ Industrial Safety or related industries, with a strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics.
- Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to travel internationally as required.
