Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an International Sales Manager. The International Sales Manager will oversee and develop overseas sales strategies, establish and maintain relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth across global markets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The candidate will also analyze market trends, provide insights for refining sales strategies, and represent The Grow Biz at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
- Strong international sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Experience in market analysis, negotiation, and strategic sales planning
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tools for tracking, reporting, and pipeline management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients across diverse cultures
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Understanding of digital marketing and agency services is a plus
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding international sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
