Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven International Sales Manager to lead business development for Zoho implementation and consulting services across global markets.
The role requires someone who can understand client workflows, identify operational gaps, and position suitable Zoho-based solutions for businesses across industries.
The ideal candidate should have experience in international B2B SaaS sales and be comfortable managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify international leads through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, partnerships, and networking
- Conduct discovery calls and recommend suitable Zoho solutions including CRM, Books, Inventory, Creator, and Zoho One
- Lead product demos and consultative sales presentations tailored to client business needs
- Manage the complete sales cycle including prospecting, proposals, negotiations, closure, and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong international sales pipeline using CRM systems and structured follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal strategy, tech, and implementation teams to create customized solutions and proposals
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline forecasts
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in international B2B SaaS sales, CRM sales, or software solution sales
- Proven experience handling clients from the US, UK, Europe, Australia, or Middle East markets
- Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct professional international client meetings and presentations
- Comfortable working in overlapping international business hours when required
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
Technical Familiarity
- Strong familiarity with Zoho products and SaaS ecosystems; prior experience with a Zoho Partner is a plus
- Understanding of CRM workflows, automation systems, and customer lifecycle management
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation tools such as Zapier or Twilio
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
