We are hiring for ARROW 3PL which is a leading freight brokerage company in North American logistics market, be a part of growing company and grow your career.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early professionals who want to build a long-term career in the US logistics market. The 3-month internship program is designed to provide hands-on training, real-time exposure, and mentorship from industry professionals. High-performing interns will be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) upon successful completion of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in outbound cold calls to onboard new clients and expand the business across the US market.
From prospecting and pitching to closing deals and managing accounts—own the entire shipper relationship.
Work with our in-house carrier experts who handle sourcing and negotiating with trucking companies.
Who Can Apply:
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in US logistics
Candidates with 0–1 year experience in US logistics or international voice process
Willingness to work in the night shift (US timings)
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive attitude
