Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, convert leads into successful purchases, and provide excellent support to international clients through voice communication. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales ability, and customer handling experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.
Understand customer requirements and explain product/service features effectively.
Schedule and handle demos based on the customer’s preferred time availability.
Convert inquiries and leads into successful subscription orders.
Follow up with clients to close sales opportunities and maintain relationships.
Provide prompt support and resolve customer queries professionally.
Achieve monthly sales and subscription targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, demos, and sales activities in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
Experience in international sales or voice process preferred.
Ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections confidently.
Good understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
1–2 years of experience in international voice support or related roles.
Prior experience in SaaS/product subscription sales is an added advantage.

Salary is negotiable for the right candidate
Candidates must be based in Coimbatore and willing to work from the office
