🌍 About the Role
LetsChat24x7 Ltd. is hiring a results-driven International Sales Executive to generate new business from insurance companies, brokers, agencies, MGAs, and Insurtech firms across the USA and Canada.
This role is 100% outbound sales — you will be calling from India into US & Canadian markets, building pipelines, and closing deals.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
Make high-volume outbound cold calls from India to USA & Canada insurance companies
Identify and connect with decision-makers (owners, directors, VPs)
Generate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, and prospecting tools
Book qualified meetings and drive the full sales cycle to closure
Sell Insurance BPO / outsourcing services (claims processing, policy admin, customer support)
Handle objections and confidently pitch offshore manpower solutions

Professionals who are confident speaking with US & Canadian clients daily
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
3+ years of international B2B sales experience
Strong experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting
Background in BPO / outsourcing / staffing / services sales (preferred)
Proven ability to close deals, not just generate leads
Excellent spoken English and consultative selling skills
Immediate joiners preferred
