🚨 Hiring: International Sales Executive (Insurance BPO / Outsourcing)
📍 Remote | India
🌙 Night Shift (US/Canada Calling Hours)
💰 Fixed Salary + Attractive Commission
LetsChat24x7.com, a Canada-headquartered company with back-office operations in India, is looking for a results-driven sales professional to sell outsourced manpower solutions to insurance brokers, agencies, carriers, MGAs and Insurtech firms in the USA and Canada.
We are looking for someone who can:
✅ Make outbound cold calls to decision makers of insurance company in USA and Canada
✅ Generate leads through LinkedIn and prospecting
✅ Book meetings and close deals
✅ Handle objections and confidently sell offshore manpower solutions
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years experience in international B2B sales
- Experience selling BPO, outsourcing, staffing or services (preferred)
- Proven track record in cold calling and closing
- Comfortable working night shift from India
- Strong spoken English and consultative sales skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
